All mattresses sold by us are covered by our Return Policy. We will accept mattresses for return within 30 days
of the original invoice date. Your purchase maybe returned for refund or exchange for the same or a different
item. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#), and the following terms must be met:
- A refund may be given as long as the product is not stained or damaged beyond normal use.
Please do not tape or write anything on the item or its original packaging! We reserve the right
to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
- Please do not return a package until you have obtained RA#. Be sure to properly package your return
to avoid damage. Customers are responsible for shipping and insuring their package at full value.
Shipping must be with a reputable carrier with an on-line tracking system. Packages lost, stolen or
damaged during a return to us are the responsibility of the customer.
- In general, we will require you to attempt and fix your mattress using the patches provided before the
mattress can be authorized for return.
- Please note that pillows and sheets that have been opened are not returnable for refund due to hygiene
concerns. Defective items will be handled accordingly.
Return of defective products
Items that arrive with a manufacturer defect will be replaced (when returned within 30 days). Buyer is
responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once received and evaluated for exchange, the replacement
will be shipped back to the buyer at no additional costs.
Return for exchange to an alternate product that is equally or higher in value
Items returned in brand new resalable condition will not be assessed a restocking fee. Items that were sold
with free shipping will have the amount paid by our company to the shipping carrier deducted from the credit
amount towards the new item.
All returns for refund may be assessed a restocking fee, taken from the product's value.
All refused packages have shipping charges both ways deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. Items that were sold with free shipping will have
the amount paid by our company to the shipping carrier deducted from the refund amount.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
All refunds will be issued in the same manner that payment was received.

Holiday return policy
- Credit Card payments will be refunded via direct credit to the same credit card.
- PayPal payments will be refunded via PayPal to the original payee's email account.
- Money Orders and Cashier Check payments will be issued a refund by company check.
Our 30 day return policy will be extended for the holiday season each year. All purchases made from
Thanksgiving Day through December 24th, will have until January 24th of the following year to return a
purchase under our normal return policy procedures. As part of our original policy, any returns must
be in brand new, resalable condition with no missing parts to be eligible.

**Merchandise returned as defective, in which the defect cannot be verified, will be
